Please give the following details when enquiring about images List of Images Images are referenced via their registration/serial. In many cases it will be necessary to wait for images to be digitised. Small thumbnails will be emailed before orders are finalised. PRICE LIST Small, low-resolution thumbnail images will normally be provided for image selection in advance of accepting a firm order. Because only a small proportion of the Collection has been digitised to date, there will often be a delay in providing thumbnails until the images can be scanned. Medium resolution/quality JPG images by email are £5.50 each for private, non-commercial use. High-resolution TIF scans are available on CD at £4 per CD inc p&p in the UK (£5 outside UK), plus £5.50 per image - again for private, non-commercial use only. Any use on a web site must be agreed in advance, use small (max 500 px) watermarked images provided by the Collection at an additional charge of £1 per image, and with due acknowledgement of the source. Photographic prints made from the scanned images can be provided (prices plus p&p): eg 6x4" and 7x5" at £7 each; 10x8" at £9, 12x8" at £9.50. Please note that the size of a print needs to reflect the shape of the image. In some cases, for example, 12x8" will allow all the content to be reproduced, whereas 10x8" would require cropping. Advice will be given at the time of ordering. Other print options are available on request, including poster-sized prints and textured paper. All prints are plus p&p at rates depending on content and destination as advised per order. Terms are payment in advance. Normal payment is by PayPal or Sterling cheque. IBAN or SWIFT electronic bank transfer may be available depending on location. Details on request. Reproduction fees for commercial use are additional to the cost of the images themselves and must be negotiated in advance of any publication. Prior permission must be obtained for any duplication or use of a Collection photograph on a website or in a book, magazine or other visual medium with reproduction fees, when charged, being payable in advance as advised at the time.

While accuracy of the lists has been strived for, the Curator cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.

The quality of negatives, and therefore prints or scans, can vary.
